A different set of 5Cs I shared with my awesome grassroots volunteers/ teammates to better serve our residents at our recent WorkPlan gathering:

• COMPLIMENTS - to all the great work throughout the year

• COMMUNITY building - not activity-centred

• CAUSES - focus and go deeper - sustainability, disability, low-income support, family life

• Be CONSCIOUS - about our ground realities

• COMPLEMENT - partner with like-minded others like Central Singapore Community Development Council, Singapore Police Force, HDB, Jalan Besar Town Council, NEA, LTA, SSO..)
