Christmas is about giving and receiving.

Today is Kampong Glam’s turn in our GRC to run the ‘Give and Take’ market to bless families with children in rental flats.

At our Christmas-themed market today, about 230 families (including many children) were blessed by donors.

Children chose their gifts, toys, and stationery, and snapped photos with Santa at our photo booths!

It warms my heart to see many happy faces. All are blessed by so many donors.

Families also got to shop for pre-loved clothing which are contributed and managed by Good Karma and Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped also chipped in to provide free head and shoulder massages for our families during their shopping session.

Central Singapore CDC is proud to have partnered with Maybank and Etiqa Insurance Singapore who brought the ePROTECT Family Scheme to our market and provider FREE insurance coverage for our families.

I’d also like to thank and also new partner Urschel Asia Pacific who generously sponsored microwave ovens.
