HCSA Community Services is a significant social service agency that looks after single moms; teenaged folks at risk; ex-offenders in our Central District.

Led by Dominique Dee Choy, HCSA runs a hostel for the homeless ex-offenders, helps restore families, develops their talents, and trains them for employment. In addition to a home for the girls and a training academy.

With an operating deficit of $2m after Govt grants, it deserves our support!
