House Visits @ Balestier

新年快乐 or Lunar New Year greetings to many residents I just got to know in a Balestier estate.

DeRoyale is one of the 160 condo developments that come under my watch after the last General Elections. Glad that my volunteers and I managed to cover all the floors over two visits this week.

It is a very pleasant freehold development smack in a quiet part of heritage Balestier with friendly residents. I hope to see you again, DeRoyale!
