Passion for Disability

I am an active volunteer in the Disabilty sector. I learnt about the many challenges faced by this special-needs community, from raising my own autistic son and interacting with so many in the community. In trying to contribute, these are my key involvements in the last 20 years.

Passion for Education

My interest in Education stems from my strong desire to learn and my belief that learning must be lifelong and beyond the traditional paper chase. Besides being a HR professional, I used to run a leadership training and development firm in Singapore and the region. I am currently the Chairman of the Government Parliamentary Committee (Education).
