PASSION FOR Education
My interest in Education stems from my strong desire to learn and my belief that learning must be lifelong and beyond the traditional paper chase. Besides being a HR professional, I used to run a leadership training and development firm in Singapore and the region. I am currently the Chairman of the Government Parliamentary Committee (Education).
I co-founded Pathlight School, a special school with a difference in 2004. It offers a blended curriculum of mainstream academics and daily living skills for students with autism.
My active involvement in Eden School is to contribute towards students who might not be suitable to chase the PSLE and GCE national exams.
I am the School Supervisor for both Pathlight School and Eden School for more than a decade now.
