Inclusive Hiring
I did not have a chance to visit Amin and his lovely family this year during Hari Raya .
I’m on his annual Raya guests list (his mom cooks the best rendang).
But we managed to take a photo together when he saw me in a Malay attire today (after a Racial Harmony Day greeting shoot).
I’ve known Amin for 10(?) years now. He’s one of the most diligent and delightful people I know.
This is Amin’s first real job. He kept his job for so long because he’s darn good at it.
His supervisor, colleagues and customers did not let what he cannot do, stop him from doing what he can.
