SP Frontline Heroes to the Rescue!

Very alarmed when I heard of the power outage at Jalan Novena earlier tonight, the start of a long weekend.

So grateful to the workers from SP Group who saved the day (night/weekend) and managed to restore power for the residents.

The leader of the group, Mr. Zahid, told me it was due to a cable fault for which further troubleshooting will be done.

When I praised him and his team, he graciously shared he was also grateful the residents were very cooperative. No one blamed them, and one even allowed his whole team to work from his house to put up the temp restoration.

What could have been a nightmare turned out to be a pleasant encounter.

Indeed, a good lead into the coming Festival of Lights! Happy Deepavali in advance, all!
