BUKA PUASA and LABOUR DAY APPRECIATION EVENING with our Jalan Besar Town Council Workers

Each year, my grassroots volunteers and I get together during Labour Day week to thank our estate cleaning crew formally. This year we added the Hari Raya breaking of fast meal as many are Muslims from Bangladesh.

The last 2 years were especially tough years for our cleaners, supervisors, and staff from the Town Council.

The pandemic required more cleaning and created more demands from residents working and learning from home.

Neither words nor vouchers nor meals can express enough our appreciation.
