Dragon Boat Festival @ Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant

My elderly residents at a classy Chinese restaurant today!

2022 marks 11 years of partnership between Central Singapore CDC and Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant.

Today, we celebrated Dragon Boat Festival with 120 vulnerable seniors from Central Singapore CDC.

It’s such a joy to finally be able to hold an on-site gathering with friends after two years.

Our seniors enjoyed a sumptuous 8-course Cantonese feast at Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant in UOB Plaza.

Each also brought home a goodie bag consisting of rice dumplings and other essentials.

More than just the food, live music, and a spectacular view of the Singapore River, I am delighted that our seniors had fun talking and singing with the staff volunteers.

So grateful for corporate partners such as Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant who wholeheartedly support our residents. We can achieve so much good together.
