Launch of Gardens Learning Fund Programmes @ Gardens by the Bay

Our CDC Doing Good with CE Felix Loh and his team of Gardens by the Bay and EtonHouse leadership and staff. Felix had always been keen on serving our families, especially folks in need, from Central where Gardens is homed.

Something’s growing! Over the past couple of months, Central Singapore CDC and Gardens by the Bay have put our collective feelers to scrabble a fun learning treat for Central Singapore children.

From October 2023 to October 2024, more than 1,500 children will learn more about nature and sustainability. They will pick up positive values such as kindness and patience through storytelling workshops led by youth volunteers from Heartware Network.

In addition, the children and their families are treated to some fun at several attractions including Cloud Forest, Floral Fantasy, and Flower Dome, Grab vouchers and meal vouchers at the Jurassic Nest Food Hall, all kindly sponsored by Garden by the Bay.

Last weekend, Central Singapore CDC, along with other partners like KidSTART and Heartware Network, were invited to the Launch of Gardens Learning Fund Programmes @ Gardens by the Bay.

At the launch event, CEO Felix presented a token of appreciation to partners including Mr Darryl David, Vice-Chairman of Central Singapore CDC and Grassroots Adviser to Ang Mo Kio GRC GROs. He received the token on behalf of the CDC.

Thank you Min. Indranee Rajah for your support of the event, Gardens by the Bay, and all partners for the good work that you do!

A joyous Central District occasion!

Stay tuned for more exciting updates as we bring this programme to all 23 DIVISIONS in Central Singapore District in 2024!
