My Digital Bootcamp Season 3!

“My Digital Bootcamp” for 1,500 kids - made possible by UOB and Central CDC!

It's finally the March holidays! And my CDC has exciting news to share

Kids from Central Singapore district kicked off the first run of "My Digital Bootcamp" Season 3!

With the blessings of GOH Minister Indranee Rajah, Sponsor UOB Commercial Banking and SINDA, Tanjong Pagar Grc, Jalan Besar GRC, Farrer Park Primary School.

This season, students will learn the latest digital skills such as AR/VR game-building, engineering robot cars with Arduino, and creating machine-learning models.

They'll even get to do data analysis and make maps using digital tools, in a FUN way - through fun themes like space-time travel and saving the planet Earth!

Why do we do this? We want to ensure everyone, especially disadvantaged segments of society, can benefit from these opportunities.

That's why I’m mighty grateful to UOB for their generous $500k contribution to the "My Digital Bootcamp" programme, totally $1.5 million across all three seasons.

"My Digital Bootcamp" is just one of 52 programmes offered by Central Singapore CDC to make a better life for our residents.

It’s our way of bridging the digital divide so as many as possible are not left behind in this wired and fast-paced digital world!
