My Jalan Besar GRC team mates and I joined the Healthier SG roadshow at Bendemeer last weekend.

I believe in the Healthier SG movement. It aims to transform the national health landscape and players from reactive to proactive preventive health management.

If we do it right, we will not just go to the doctor when we are not feeling well. We should all eventually have our own Health Plan; adopt a healthy lifestyle; and hopefully live longer and get sick less.

Ministry of Health, Singapore is starting with folks above 60 years old first.
