Football Training Workshop with SGX for Adults on Autism Spectrum
I was so pleased to join SGX Cares at a football training workshop for adults on the autism spectrum from Eden Centre.
Many adults on the autism spectrum with high needs do not have meaningful relationships outside their immediate families. Nor do many work on their physical health.
AA(S), as part of this year’s Autism Awareness campaign of Autism Network Singapore, is calling for more businesses to support the community—on a sustainable level like SGX Cares.
SGX Cares' consistent support over the years through the annual SGX Cares Bull Charge Run has been admirable and very critical.
Their staff volunteers have partnered with AA(S) through art workshops, festive cheers, and the latest monthly football clinics, as well as participated in inclusive events such as The Purple Parade.
As a volunteer at AA(S), I am deeply grateful for SGX's steadfast partnership—a good model of how businesses can both do well and do good. Bravo SGX.
