Outing with PCF Sparkletots Preschoolers @ Jewel Changi

They love it and so do we!

My Jalan Besar GRC fellow MPs and I brought our PCF Sparkletots preschoolers and their families to Jewel Changi for an outing over the weekend.

PCF or PAP Community Foundation preschool offering has grown from strength to strength over the years. And I am so happy that it is an affordable and quality education option for many of my residents. A well worth mission. I’m proud that my GRC’s anchor minister Josephine Teo is leading this mission.
