World Cities Summit 2022

Singapore is the host of the World Cities Summit this year. My fellow Mayors and I helped the organising Government agencies to support and host the Sunday afternoon Forum.

Whilst Mayor Low Yen Ling presented our digitalisation efforts, I shared briefly about the launch of Singapore’s Green Plan; our inter-ministerial leadership team; and the work that we at the regional CDCs do to support the National Green Plan.

Singapore may be a small nation but punches above its weight at global forums such as the World Cities Summit. Kudos to the organising agencies such as Centre for Liveable Cities, Ministry of National Development, and others.
