Visit @ Pavilion 11

Very pleasant visit meeting up with residents of PAVILION 11 off Balestier Road - at a joyful water carnival organised by our volunteers and the MCST there. Thanks guys for making this possible especially for the families with kids there.

Balestier holds a very interesting mix of modern condos like Pavilion 11 and really old shophouses selling the famous tau-sar-pia pastries for decades.
